 I am attempting to choose multiple answers for the pre-screening questions. When I hold the "Ctrl" key down to make multiple selections (as per instructions) it only lets me choose one answer.  

Answer
When selecting multiple-choice answers, there is no need to hold the "Ctrl" key down. Just check off the answers that apply.
