Stantec provided architecture, electrical engineering, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this prominent municipal.
The building is pre-cast concrete on a steel frame and includes a three-story lobby, six courthouses with ancillary facilities, and administrative and legal offices. Electrical engineering work included design of interior and exterior lighting, a power distribution system, a computer power system, an emergency power generator, a partition furniture power system, a parking access gate system, and a fire alarm system. Civil engineering work included design of a 500-space parking lot, site drainage, water and sewer services, curbs, and sidewalks. Landscape architectural design for the 10-acre site included landscaping for the building and parking lot, decorative paving accents, and irrigation design.
This project was completed by a predecessor firm to Stantec Architecture.
