Saving the environment one dollar at a time

Stantec has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships at The University of New Brunswick

We are committed to building better communities, especially those to be used for years to come—and what better way to do this than to give to the next generation? For several years, Stantec has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to students at The University of New Brunswick (UNB) pursuing careers in engineering and environmental sciences.

Our Fredericton office’s presented $10,000 in scholarships to four top students at UNB.

Stantec scholarship recipients were each awarded $2,500 and include, from left to right:

  • Michelle Morrison, Dutch Valley, NB. A fourth year student obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Natural Resources
  • Amir Fakhroo, Tehran, Iran. Fourth year student and former Stantec employee, studying Bachelor of Science with a major in Civil Engineering
  • Patrick Savoie, Fredericton, NB. Third year student obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • Amy Price, Saint John, NB. A third year student obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
