Welcome to Maitland
How do you maintain power to a hospital or one of the world’s largest convention centers in the midst of hurricane-force winds? Or ensure that a hotel’s lazy river will get the water pressure it needs? Those are a few of the challenges our team faces every day.
At the Orange County Convention Center we helped redesign the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, incorporating flexible data telecommunications systems and over a mile of medium voltage electrical buss duct to serve the building’s 1.1M square foot exhibit hall. Down in West Palm Beach our team is currently working on an expansion to the Norton Museum of Art, where major engineering challenges include maintaining existing MEP system operations so the museum’s activities are impacted as little as possible during construction.
Building one-of-a-kind projects in a challenging environment requires a great team who understands that the investment of their time and talent is an integral ingredient towards that project’s success. We are that team.
