As an engineer specialized in road and highway infrastructures for the rail and marine sectors, Paulo has worked for more than 25 years on complex and large-scale projects both in Quebec and internationally.
During his lengthy career, he has developed the necessary experience and technical expertise to manage multidisciplinary teams, with whom he collaborates closely. Among his accomplishments, Paulo has participated in the design and construction of major roadway and rail infrastructures. In addition, he collaborated on the design-build technical proposal for the redevelopment of the Turcot Interchange in Montreal, as well as detailed studies for the construction of a high-speed (175 km/h) railway line in Algeria.
Paulo’s greatest wish is to bring project stakeholders together to anticipate and find creative solutions to the most common project management issues. He believes that it is essential to harness contractor know-how and expertise in order to improve the overall efficiency of contract design and execution.
