Seeing her projects go from thought to plan to fruition is the best highlight of Kelly’s day. What’s even more rewarding is if the project is challenging and complex. One example is the ASU Athletic Facilities District redevelopment, a complicated project that will see a 330-plus-acre golf course turned into a world-class mixed-used development with residential, office, and retail spaces.
Over her 20-year career, Kelly has worked with a range of stakeholders and managed diverse design teams on various complex projects from large-scale master-planned developments to corporate campuses. She now oversees operations, business development, design projects, the design team, and clients as an experienced leader in our Scottsdale office.
When she’s not managing projects that have a tangible and positive impact on the community, Kelly is involved in Valley and Pinal Partnerships, ULI, NAIOP, and AAED. She also enjoys the challenges of camping, hiking, hunting, and DIY projects.
