Mark has been working for more than 15 years in project management related to environmental assessments of land, buildings, and real estate parks for corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
Mark ensures the training and supervision of work teams involved during assessment and environmental remediation contracts. These contracts are necessary for the conclusion of real estate transactions or internal audits, or to obtain permits and government approvals.
A seasoned and accomplished manager, Mark knows how to create teams comprising complementary expertises and showcasing each member’s strengths. In particular, he was responsible for the assessment of the Fairmont Kenauk site, a 66,000-hectare property located in Montebello. This contract included the assessment of facilities, some of which dated back to the Outaouais region’s colonization and settlement era. He also headed the environmental assessment of the Kuujjuaq airport, a transportation hub in Nunavik, Northern Quebec, as well as of the western sector of the village which housed National Defence facilities.
With a focus on ensuring the success of their clients’ projects, Mark and his multidisciplinary team provide a set of integrated environmental services, including studies and environmental surveys, information management, and verification of land and industries’ compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
