Chantal’s extensive career has allowed her to familiarize herself with all aspects of her field, from project management, estimating, and teamwork, right through to design. Her current role as managing leader has enabled her to oversee numerous disciplines related to transportation including traffic maintenance, intelligent transportation systems, traffic lights, highways, roads and municipal infrastructures, and the airport sector.
Chantal is an expert in team coordination for preliminary and pre-project studies, as well as design of plans and specifications. Over the years, she has nurtured relationships of trust with clients including the Quebec Ministry of Transportation (MTQ), the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated, the Metropolitan Transportation Agency (AMT), and the City of Montreal along with some of its Boroughs.
Among her achievements, she was involved in project management and design activities for the re-engineering of the Dorval interchange in Montreal and the traffic maintenance design for the new Champlain Bridge design-construction proposal.
In addition to developing her knowledge by pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering management (on a part-time basis), Chantal is considerably involved with Habitat for Humanity, an organization that helps underprivileged families access property and break the poverty cycle. She also spends time as a volunteer at Moisson Laval, which offers direct food assistance to people in need.
