Lynelle enjoys working with municipalities: taking their underutilized and blighted properties, and turning them into an economic success. Her experience as a senior project manager includes brownfield redevelopment, environmental due diligence assessments, site investigations, remediation, and demolition at numerous complex brownfield sites and other industrial, commercial, and landfill properties. She has been the primary grant writer and project manager for various brownfield grant programs including the US EPA’s Assessment Grant programs and multiple state of Wisconsin’s brownfield grant programs. Lynelle was recently recognized at the National EPA Brownfield Convention in Atlanta as the winner of the 2012 Brownfield Renewal Award for Economic Impact. Although not in her core area of expertise, one of Lynelle’s favorite projects with Stantec was serving as the project manager for the City of Wausaukee, Main Street design, where she grew up.
I help my local communities bring contaminated and vacant sites back to life through environmental solutions and urban planning and design.
