Growing up with an architect gave Jim insight into the life and the vision required in the profession. He has dedicated his entire career to education architecture, focusing on K-12 and higher education. Fostering relationships, pre-positioning his team with potential clients, communicating design, public speaking, and applying strategic thinking to any project are just a few of Jim’s strengths.
Recently, Jim lent his vision to the conceptual design of the Washburn law school. He’s also excited to be part of a new project in Olathe, Kansas, a high school that will become one of the most academically advanced high schools in the country.
At home, Jim loves to restore vintage cars. He has brought Porsches, Corvettes, Mustangs, and Shelbys back to life. He enjoys time with his loving wife and two amazing kids, who keep him on his toes.
