Noting his most successful projects are those that are hardly noticed yet totally essential, Mark has been designing and constructing infrastructure systems for over 30 years. From designing and overseeing construction of utilities for New York City and Northeast municipalities to infrastructure improvements for transportation projects, to improving water and wastewater treatment facilities, his goal is the same—make sure the public has potable water, and the environment is protected.
Mark is an expert in designing and constructing infrastructure systems for water, sanitary sewers, and electric, gas, and steam service. In addition, his knowledge of environmental permitting and review, along with site plan preparation, has helped our clients successfully get projects through the regulatory review process. He excels at developing excellent communications and building consensus within infrastructure teams to solve problems that involve planning, design, and construction.
