As an employee, consultant, owner, and client representative, Fabio has developed many procedures and strategies in commercial management. He negotiates commercial contracts and terms while identifying risk and providing leadership. To him, scope, time, and cost accuracy are of the utmost importance to earn credibility with the project stake holders.
His procurement tracking reports and COMS (commercial management solutions) database have been consistently used by finance and comptrollers to forecast, estimate, plan, cost, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships. Recently, Fabio and his team created a project-specific materials management module for the Chevron Duvernay portfolio. The module (which was internally created and added no extra cost to the client) was capable of managing one purchase order to cover various ship to locations.

When he’s not at work, Fabio spends his time fishing, reading, or on his motorcycle—or enjoying some more exotic hobbies like snowboarding, scuba, or travel.
