Client’s expectations are the minimum standards for the quality project we envision delivering.

Keith Diaz

Assistant Project Manager

Tampa, Florida

Keith’s first job is building trust. Trust that his team can and will deliver a project within an approved budget and schedule. After that, he focuses on meeting quality and performance expectations. He’s worked in public and private sectors preparing construction documents, navigating the permitting approval process, and carrying out construction administration.

Most recently, Keith has been working on an outdoor sporting retail building in Plant City, Florida. The client wanted a third-party representative to finalize construction documents, complete general contractor interview and selection, work on project budgeting and scheduling, and review contracts. With the above tasks completed, Keith and his team are acting as owner’s representative for construction activities—reviewing construction performance, schedule, and costs.

Over the past two years, Keith has volunteered with On Bikes during their holiday bicycle build. Their goal is to bring bicycles to kids in need during the holiday season. On his own time, Keith likes to be outdoors, enjoying the great Florida weather. He’s also a huge Tampa Bay Lightning and Buccaneers fan and tries to attend as many games as possible.
