Whether it's providing workplace strategy tools, leading an innovative team of designers, or simply turning around a quick test-fit drawing, Ellen’s clients will attest to her commitment and advocacy on their behalf. She believes project success starts with engaging the client with the design team early in the process.
Passionate about finding the root cause of any issue, Ellen understands the impact that lean process improvement and mobilization strategies have on commercial workplace cultures, as well as the technological challenges that come with transforming a virtual environment into a physical one. She’s a dedicated team player, an expert at minimizing surprises on site, and quick to earn trust amongst all stakeholders from project inception to completion.
A leader and mentor, Ellen has more than 750 in-class hours teaching interior design to the next generation of professionals at Sheridan College and Ryerson University.
