John is at the leading edge of important HVAC technologies that boost efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, lower costs, and create outstanding built environments. Coined the “MEP Man” by The Architect’s Newspaper, John has developed an expertise in high-profile and award-winning projects where he applies his knowledge and skill with the goal of making the architect’s vision a reality.

With more than 25 years of experience, he has managed the overall organization and coordination of building services design teams for large higher education and K-12 facilities, sports and recreation facilities, cultural and performing arts buildings, and civic projects.

John’s innovative design solutions has contributed to many sustainable and energy efficient projects including LEED® Platinum rated and award-winning projects, such as 41 Cooper Square on the Cooper Union campus in Manhattan and the Charles David Keeling student housing apartments at UC San Diego.
