  My philosophy towards landscape architecture is creating a balance between the respect for nature and the built environment—foreseeing a place for what it was, what it is, and what it could be.

Natalie is a champion of her profession both at Stantec and beyond. A landscape architect with nearly a decade of professional experience in the field, she is also the President of the Alberta Association of Landscape Architects and sits on the advisory committee for the Edmonton Urban Design Awards.

After obtaining her landscape architecture degree in Idaho, Natalie returned to her hometown of Edmonton, where she’s had the opportunity to collaborate of a variety of diverse design and construction projects. Her project experience varies from high level master planning to the implementation of neighbourhood parks, constructed wetlands, and recreational trail networks.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children traveling, camping, canoeing, and biking on the beautiful trails throughout the City of Edmonton.
