Dale is considered a leader in the area of preliminary design, management, and public involvement and agency coordination of bike path projects, traffic studies and 4-lane highway construction on new alignment. His work includes collaboration with multiple stakeholders including city councils, elected officials, public interest groups, businesses, and citizens. He has completed unique projects including analyzing the quality of the MnDOT Scoping program and helping MnDOT streamline their right-of-way process. With the goal of always making the client look good, Dale uses his experience to help identify issues, develop solutions tailored for the problem, and bring funds to help defray the client costs for the project.
One of Dale’s favorite places to be is in his garage/workshop. He likes to escape from the hectic pace of day-to-day events and tinker with his restored (1948) Jeep, woodwork, or repair items. It also serves as the “base camp” for his favorite hobby – bow hunting.
