Patrick has been a specialist in the infrastructures and water management fields for more than 20 years, applying his expertise to projects including management, design, assets management and investment plan preparation, construction supervision and cost estimating, and infrastructure rehabilitation.
Patrick has worked for cities, municipalities, ministries, and government agencies, as well as for several private companies from the industrial and agribusiness sector. As managing leader of water treatment and pumping, he manages a team of specialized engineers, technicians, and professionals.
Patrick especially appreciates complex mandates which enable him to innovate technically, and he remains constantly on the lookout for new technologies related to water treatment, biomethanization, composting, and underground infrastructures.
Of particular note, Patrick has helped implement numerous assets management plans, including those for the Cities of Saint-Jérôme and Longueuil. He also participated in the construction of a new drinking water plant in La Macaza, which comprised two new water intakes and the total replacement and separation of drinking water and fire water distribution systems.
Patrick has served for many years on various technical committees of the Centre for Expertise and Research on Infrastructures in Urban Areas (CERIU), and is currently involved in technical committees of the Réseau Environment organization, which promotes best practices in environmental innovation.
