As Vice President of Major Projects, Alan draws on his broad range of leadership, managerial, and design skills to ensure that all parts of a project come together into effective, community-enhancing solutions.
Alan is dedicated to responsible urban design and infrastructure. His involvement in complex P3 projects such as BC Children’s Hospital, the New Orleans Pump Station, and the Capital Regional District’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, are prime examples of this dedication. His involvement with Vancouver’s Southeast False Creek Neighbourhood (the 2010 Olympic Village) contributed to the LEED® ND Platinum rating that the project received, recognizing it as one of the most sustainable developments in the world.
Focusing on promoting and delivering sustainable architectural solutions for his clients’ complex projects continues to be Alan’s priority. The RCMP ‘E’ Division Headquarters and multiple transit stations will leave lasting impacts in our communities, and will keep Alan busy.
