For Lucilla, the greatest joy in a project is seeing the end users move in. With over eight years of experience managing complex programs and project deliveries, Lucilla is an on-site leader who excels at forecasting risks and anticipating changes—then delivering a successful project.
She has experience working with multi-layered international project teams, and with executing phased construction projects, ensuring minimal impact on facility operations. Recently, Lucilla has been working on a transit-oriented development for Boston Children’s Hospital involving the redevelopment of a whole site adjacent to Brookline Village. “It’s for a great client, and once complete it could bring new life to that section of Brookline.”
Lucilla believes that you should approach every new obstacle with the end goal in mind. Consider the stakeholders, decision makers, and what you need to accomplish to keep the project moving—then you can make a recommendation on the path forward. When she’s not at work, she might be studying Japanese and Korean foods, exploring Boston by bike, or playing fetch with her cat, Noor.
