Sheina is a problem solver. While leading our local transportation infrastructure group, Sheina has her eye on developing urban areas into multimodal, sustainable communities for the long term. She understands the value of designing urban streets where people are integrated into the process—and health, safety, and long-term maintainability are primary objectives.
Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Sheina has a unique perspective on the planning and design process. She knows what it means to be responsible for infrastructure improvements and what these projects can mean for a community. It’s about laying the groundwork for future development that will be the economic engine for a city.
Sheina currently sits on the Executive Board of the Alliance of Construction Excellence (ACE), which is based out of the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. ACE brings together industry leaders who are dedicated to improving the construction industry.
