Gina has over three decades of healthcare experience and is a Lean Healthcare thought leader at Stantec. She has led Lean process engagements at the Hospitals of the University of Pennsylvania, University Hospitals of Cleveland, the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins, Hospitals of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Ambulatory Practice of the Future at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is presently working on a transformational lean project at the University of Wisconsin’s East Side Orthopedics Hospital.

Gina is passionate about helping clients prepare for the future by controlling both first and operating costs, rightsizing the program, eliminating waste and enhancing productivity, safety and quality. Her expertise includes developing design approaches that encourages users to generate their own design for their desired future state, with the design team working to help them realize their vision.
