Paul provides leadership and project management for transportation projects in the Southeast. He brings 23 years of experience in engineering and environmental planning to projects that range from transportation corridor studies to environmental impact statements.
Recently Paul managed an environmental assessment for the Global Transpark Rail Spur in Kinston. By forming a true partnership with the client, he and the Stantec team were able to meet an extremely fast-tracked schedule and deliver a quality project via continuous and proactive coordination.
Paul stays involved in the community by leading the NEPA users group and serving on the annual technical retreat organizing committee for the North Carolina Section of ITE. He also serves as a judge for the annual Future Cities Competition, which exposes middle school students to fundamentals of engineering and planning. When he isn’t at the office, Paul enjoys running, volleyball, basketball and attending his kid’s sporting events.
