As a civil engineer specialized in civil and municipal infrastructures, Denis demonstrates great versatility. He quickly grasps situational overviews, understands the issues, and determines the priorities and possible solutions from the very beginning of his involvement.
Denis believes in being a partner to his clients, and is able to efficiently carry out a project with them by highlighting potential issues not previously identified.
He has thorough knowledge of administrative and regulatory formalities required for an infrastructure project. As a result, he can facilitate the project’s completion by optimizing efforts and time spent obtaining approvals.
Denis has worked primarily on projects related to water (drinking water, rainwater, and waste water), as well as highways. He has worked at the very hub of major achievements, including the modelling for the Quebec City water supply system framework, and the construction of new stand-pipes for Quebec City and Lévis. In addition, he has led civil engineering efforts for major projects involving public and commercial buildings, and ports and airports. He has also advised several municipalities on their environmental plans.
Denis is very active in his profession and community, having volunteered for the past 20 years as a director at an organization dedicated to providing housing for the poor and the under-privileged.
