His areas of expertise include freshwater and marine ecology, wetlands restoration and enhancement programs, and the preparation of NEPA environmental assessments and impact statements. He has conducted numerous biological surveys, endangered species impact assessments, wetlands delineations, ecological risk assessments, and has prepared a wide variety of permit applications at the Federal, state and local levels. He specializes in the environmental needs of the Florida Department of Transportation and has represented them on large complex projects for over 25 years including the 18 mile stretch between Florida City and Key Largo.
