William believes that the most important considerations in any job are being productive each day, gathering information to make smart, effective decisions, and forging relationships with those around you. His expertise lies in project management.
Recently, William managed a large infrastructure improvement project for Bryn Mawr Hospital—a campus that was over a hundred years old. He and his team worked to replace critical infrastructure equipment that had reached the end of its life.
Working with architects, engineers, the facility director, administration, and users, William and his team coordinated utility shutdowns without sacrificing patient care. The next step? A master plan design that will add a five-story, 200,000 square foot pavilion to the campus.
When approaching projects, William says you need to be consistently determined. “In this field there are always obstacles, but you must be determined to push through and find solutions.” When he’s not at work, William relaxes by playing with his three kids.
