At an early age, even if he didn’t remember it, Mike wanted to be a landscape architect. After opening a time capsule buried in 7th grade and reading his answer of landscape architect to the question “what do you want to be when you grow up,” Mike was confident that his choice to study landscape architecture in college was the right one.
Now, a registered landscape architect with over 15 years of experience, Mike’s career has included multi-family projects, mixed-use developments, corporate campus revitalization, educational institutions, and streetscape design. Drawing inspiration from landscape architects such as Dan Kiley, Peter Walker, and Roberto Burle Marx, his design approach focuses on the exploration of a project’s full potential, its unique sense of place, and its human scale.
Mike implements inspired design solutions that fit the needs of the project and client, while also providing unique experiences within the landscape.
Mike has worked on many projects across New England including the Albert Sherman Center at UMass Medical School, MarketStreet at Lynnfield, South Bay Redevelopment, The Circle at Cleveland Circle, and NewBridge on the Charles.
