Mehrdad is an accomplished architect with a proven ability to secure projects through strong conceptual design. He’s been a registered architect in the UK since 2002 and has been working in British Columbia since 2005. Mehrdad specializes in airport terminal design but has worked in other architectural fields from large master planning projects such as shopping centers and urban regeneration, down to small projects such as multi and single family residential.
“Our work as architects gives us the ability to improve places where people interact. We have the ability to make people’s lives better through design.” Recently, Mehrdad was project architect on the A-B Connector at Vancouver International Airport, a project that combined international-level finishes and amenities with design elements inspired by British Columbia.
When he’s not at work, Mehrdad is a photographer and motorcycle rider. But most of all, he spends time with his wife and kids.
