The opportunity to work in different places across North America—that’s one thing Randy enjoys about working on large-scale design-build and public/private partnership projects. He gets to pull together diverse teams of professionals and work with construction partners to bring innovative designs to some of the largest and most important transportation infrastructure projects around.
Before joining Stantec, Randy led the Segment 1 design of the Ohio River Bridges Downtown Crossing design-build reconstruction project. This $350M segment completely rebuilt the I-65 connection to the existing bridges, provided direct connection to I-64 and I-71, and improved access into and out of downtown Louisville.
When Randy isn’t upgrading North America’s transportation infrastructure, he might be spending time with his first grandchild (now nine months old), traveling with his wife, or cycling. For the last two years he’s ridden in the Bike MS Gateway Getaway charity fundraiser completing 150 miles in two days.
