A senior transportation planner and project manager, Jeff has a hand in many of our traffic engineering and transportation planning projects in southwest Florida on both private and public sector projects. With a successful public-sector career before joining Stantec, Jeff has a keen perspective on agency needs when delivering municipal and regional transportation services.
Currently, Jeff is managing a congested corridor study of the Pine Ridge Road in Collier County, Florida. He’s working as project manager and principal planner alongside Matt Crim, traffic engineer. They’ve completed land use analyses, levels of service analyses (for existing and future conditions), and developed and tested potential innovative intersection designs solutions. The next step is to seek elected official endorsement on their concepts and then start public outreach.
One of Jeff’s greatest passions is photography. He and his wife are what he calls “skilled amateurs,” having dabbled in portraiture, weddings, engagement, and newborn shoots. They love to travel, and each trip create a personal project or theme—exploring for waterfalls (Pacific Northwest), covered bridges (Vermont), ghost towns (Montana and Wyoming), and old cities and cathedrals (Quebec and Montreal).
