As a project manager, a lot of Paul’s job involves meeting people and discussing their project needs, and then eventually developing a plan that will meet those needs. He has over 30 years of experience in transportation, first with MaineDOT, then FST, and now with Stantec. Other than managing projects, Paul’s duties include developing and maintaining client relationships and being an active member in a number of associations.
Recently, Paul has worked on several small marine projects for MaineDOT and Casco Bay Lines. He was part of a team that assessed facility conditions and needs then developed improvement plans. He also lent his experience to MaineDOT when it came to a unique funding source that they weren’t as familiar with. Paul had worked with this source before, so he made sure all requirements were in line for the funding agency.
When he’s not at work, Paul might be spending his free time with family camping or golfing. When it comes to golf, he enjoys exploring new, different courses, when the opportunity arises.
