Emily is a problem solver. She finds thoughtful solutions to the challenges and incentives surrounding every project, be they architectural, policy, or strategy. Her analytical, creative and communication skills help her to translate client goals into successful designs. Emily’s programming, planning, and space-use analysis is rooted in field experience with numerous built projects encompassing performing arts, academic, science and technology, residential, and student life facilities.
Emily served as the project architect for Scott Hall, a nanotechnology research facility at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She also is the space utilization analyst for master plans at Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, and Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She recently completed space studies for SUNY College at Potsdam in Potsdam, New York; the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia; and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
