Chris loves that he can bring fresh ideas and a different perspective to every project. This approach—and his 19 years of experience in project management, project permitting, and design (e.g., sites, roadways, floodplain analysis)—is what gets clients hooked.
What keeps them coming back though is the quality and diversity of his experience. He has taken on past roles as a project manager, design engineer, team manager, and primary client contact, and worked on different types of projects including hospitals, schools, residential multi-family, paving and infrastructure, and airport and retail land development.
Part of his job is to also mentor project teams, helping them navigate complex construction plans, stay on top of client concerns, and grow successfully. When he’s not busy inspiring fresh ideas, Chris is a board member of the Austin Real Estate Council and BookSpring and enjoys running, fishing, and watching his daughters play soccer.
