Frank has over 25 years of experience in architectural design and planning, with a focus on higher education. His strong client relationships grow out of his belief that we must holistically understand the owner’s needs and deliver excellence from the first sketch to the final construction details. Throughout his career, Frank has been responsible for over three million square feet of higher education projects.
In addition to his professional career, Frank has taught design studios at Yale, Catholic University of America, and University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA). He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for UTSA’s College of Architecture where he serves as a visiting design critic and lecturer. Frank has published several articles in the San Antonio Business Journal on education design and is a member of the Speakers Bureau for the Texas Society of Architects.
