Elie is a results-driven professional with 22 years of site, environmental, and infrastructure engineering experience. A few of the projects he has managed or assisted in managing include the Columbus Professional Program Management project ($450 million), the Columbus Professional Construction Management Contract for the Water Supply Group ($544 million), Blueprint Columbus – Clintonville, Blenheim/Glencoe Integrated Solutions, and the Columbus Big Walnut Sanitary Trunk Extension Phase 2 (est. $35 million.)
As regional leader, Elie manages operations, drives financial performance, and guides the local delivery of professional services. He develops and executes projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, collection and distribution systems, storm sewers, and roadways. An experienced municipal engineer, he also helps communities identify and develop funding strategies.
Elie is engaged in the local community through programs such as Pathways to Central Ohio Engineering (PCOE), Water for People, and the Children’s Water Festival. He serves on the Advisory Board to PCOE, an organization that promotes engineering education for high school students from diverse backgrounds. This effort is aligned with the John Foster Minority Engineering Scholarship Fund administered by the Columbus Foundation, a program supported by Stantec donations.
