Lou has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of real estate development, telecommunications, energy, and public utility projects. He’s provided expert witness testimony for numerous clients throughout approvals and permitting, and he’s held engineering and management positions with New Jersey Bell and Bell Atlantic.
Lately, Lou has been working on wireless cell site design, fiber optic designs, and energy projects including turbines, solar, and infrastructure. He’s also got his hands in a few site plans and subdivisions.
One of Lou’s greatest joys is the service that he can provide to his community. He’s been the charter president of the local food bank and Kiwanis, a board member for various nonprofits, and the founding president of a surf and ski club—now 50 years old. Outside of work he spends his time with his church, children, and grandchildren and enjoys a gamut of sports from surfing to hunting.
