With an emphasis on translating technical information to a variety of audiences, Fay brings a wide range of planning experience to her work. She uses facilitation techniques like dynamic presentations, advisory panel facilitation, focus groups, open houses, and small group facilitation to engage and inform meeting participants and achieve desired meeting outcomes.
Fay has led numerous projects to gather community input on bicycling and walking facilities at various phases, from long-range planning to design. She’s also had experience in brownfield redevelopment planning, land use planning, and designing pedestrian wayfinding systems.
Outside of work, Fay continues her love of bicycling and the outdoors. And that could be getting out and camping or just walking the dog. The Iron Range of Northern Minnesota is her favorite place to spend time outdoors.
