Jeffrey began by working on the redevelopment of closed military bases. In his 40-year career, he’s overseen the creation of master-planned communities, public/private partnerships, construction projects, and over 44,000 homes across the US.
Most recently, he’s served as Massachusetts’ Assistant Secretary of Transportation for Real Estate. There, he’s involved in the development of the state’s portfolio of landmark projects, transit-oriented development, and air rights development. He also works with the surplus property on and over highways, subways, commuter rail stations, and other transit facilities.
Before his work for the state, Jeffrey was the Director of the Massachusetts Recovery and Reinvestment Office and Director of Infrastructure Investment for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
