Brian’s work philosophy is best stated by Winston Churchill’s famous quote, “Not having a plan is planning to fail.” Brian brings 35+ years of insight to project development and management for internal and external client projects across all our sectors. Brian and his team of 150+ program & project management staff break down large, complex initiatives into manageable parts to achieve predictable outcomes for clients. By helping clients create business cases, define project scope, and plan and implement projects through all phases of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, Brian and his team ensure projects remain aligned with clients’ strategic goals and business objectives.

Recent projects include Canada Post’s $2B Postal Transformation Program, which revitalizes how the Crown Corporation does business across the country. He also helped Manitoba Hydro review its project management processes and procedures and renew their capital project delivery best practices.
