James has more than 45 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and CMT&I project management throughout the world. Recently, he was CMT&I manager for the construction of a new Chevron GOMBU Preservation & Maintenance Facility in Shriever, Louisiana as well as project manager for a number of geotechnical investigations and quality assurance testing projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District.
