Paul specializes in the planning and design of solid waste, drainage, water treatment, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and wastewater treatment projects in both urban and rural areas. He provides quality assurance on many types of construction projects keeping them on track. He brings creative solutions to solve unconventional problems in design and construction administration situations. Paul currently serves as the quality assurance supervisor for three ongoing Tennessee Valley Authority civil construction projects.
In his spare time Paul enjoys entertaining his two young boys, playing golf, and hunting. He volunteers with the Northside Neighborhood House (NNH), a local non-profit that offers an after school program, adult education/job placement, and financial assistance. Paul sits on the multiple boards at the NNH. He’s also a member of the Chattanooga Engineer’s Club, St Timothy’s Episcopal Church and volunteers at his local elementary school’s science club.
