François has more than 19 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and transportation modelling. He has a broad range of transportation project experience, including multimodal travel demand forecasting, traffic operations, transit, parking, airport, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) planning studies.
He’s shared his expertise teaching undergraduate-level traffic engineering courses at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and he’s a recognized leading expert in his field in Quebec and Ontario.
Over his career, François has been responsible for transportation planning and traffic engineering on many projects for clients in both the government and private sector. Recently, Francois has been involved in the City of Cornwall Transit Master Plan and Stouffville Rail Corridor Grade Separation Program for Metrolinx.
Outside of work, Francois enjoys spending time with his family, drinking good wine and watching great TV series on HBO or AMC. He also tries to be active and bikes to work.
