From a young age, Tony knew he wanted to be a project manager. Inspired by his father, a general contractor, Tony learned about projects while providing general labour and pushing a broom around dozens of his father’s construction sites. Since graduating with honours from SAIT’s Architectural Technologies and Building Development program, Tony has been managing projects for nearly 20 years. He’s been with Stantec for the past 10 as a principal and discipline leader for our project delivery office (Alberta South and Saskatchewan chapters).
Tony is responsible for practice-related initiatives from tools and technology to process improvements. He is active in business development and other strategic initiatives that help Stantec achieve its corporate goals and commitment to community, creativity, and client relationships.
Outside of the workplace Tony enjoys time with his young family and spends most weekends at hockey rinks cheering on his boys. An avid scratch golfer and maybe fanatic, his dream is to one day play the exclusive Augusta National Golf Club, a place he was fortunate enough to visit twice as a spectator of the Masters Tournament.
