Each year Stantec supports Cooperative Education and Internship Programs* offered through universities and colleges. These programs offer students a chance to gain practical experience.

The program generally commences after a student has completed two years of a degree program with an acceptable academic standing at a recognized educational institution. Stantec will choose suitable students through an application and interview process. Work assignments are usually related to the student's field of study.

*Educational Institutions may have special reporting requirements for Interns. Please contact your own institution for such requirements prior to applying for an internship.

  • Surveyors

When?

We begin the recruitment process in February and continue throughout the spring. Placements are generally two to four months in length.
