As the leader for our Pacific Region Wet Weather sector, Jon drives the growth of our wet weather business. With more than a decade of experience, he has dedicated his career to helping clients manage complex and dynamic wet weather issues—from watershed planning, hydrology, hydraulic design, conceptual and detailed best management practice project design, to asset management and expert National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System guidance.
Jon’s expertise lies in measuring and quantifying benefits associated with multi-benefits projects using a triple bottom line approach. He’s accomplished in stakeholder outreach and mitigating community concerns about regional water capture projects. Helping agencies and municipalities accomplish seemingly impossible goals through strategic partnerships, creative thinking, and consensus building is what he likes most about his role.
An Eagle Scout, Jon enjoys the great outdoors and volunteering—he can also be found exploring national parks or taking in some architectural sight-seeing.
