For as long as he can remember, Diego liked numbers. It helped that his father is also an engineer and stories from his university days and career led Diego to his own engineering studies and then on to study management and administration. Now, he’s experienced in top-level multinational companies and leadership of multicultural teams and is responsible for quality management in Latin America.
Diego knows that being empathetic and listening to our clients to understand their needs and expectations is key. He enjoys being part of a project team and contributing to a project’s successful completion. With the main objective of maintaining or improving project margins, he brings his skills to successfully implement organizational process changes to positively impact our business—he sees human resources as a company’s main asset.
When he’s not helping to develop project teams, Diego enjoys watching or playing all kinds of sports—soccer, tennis, basketball, and racquetball, to name a few. He also likes running, road cycling, and swimming in the sea.
