A senior architect with a strong background in engineering, Gustavo has more than 25 years of experience in institutional, educational, commercial, residential, and hospitality design. His responsibilities include monitoring contract documents, determining and providing guidance on standards and code requirements, project coordination, and overseeing the quality of technical details, constructability, and the project as a whole.
Gustavo has a keen interest in affordable housing. He investigates opportunities and strives to understand community and social needs as well how architecture and the use of technology, new materials, and constructability methods can contribute toward furthering such initiatives.
When he isn’t busy working on his latest project, Gustavo enjoys traveling to discover new places and cultures. He also enjoys art and painting, meditation and yoga, cooking, farming, and skating.
