Working with our Early Careers team, Kat is focused on managing the onboarding, design, and delivery of our graduate and apprenticeship programs. She’s passionate about making sure what we deliver is suitable, engaging, and collaborative across the globe.
Kat’s responsibilities include working with the business to identify the right training and content to deliver and organizing online and in-person events across the country. She also works to make connections between our Early Careers community across all sectors and levels in the business, including Developing Professionals Group, employee resource groups, and executive leaders. Kat is proud that there are now over 500 Early Careers professionals across the United Kingdom and Ireland—it’s extremely important to her to help with the delivery of high-quality offerings and updating them to be relevant, engaging, and suitable across the many specialties that work across the Company.
While she’s known at work for taking care of others, this quality extends to her personal life as well—Kat has a very loved sourdough starter. She loves to spend time with her husband and dog, go cold water swimming, and, of course, go on holidays.
