As a senior manager, Jeff’s responsible for overseeing and delivering financial, rate, capital planning, and business operations solutions to water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste utility systems. Serving local governments and utilities across North America, he ensures that the right project teams, expertise, and solutions are delivered, providing the critical infrastructure that communities rely on.
Over the last 14 years, Jeff’s helped dozens of communities and utility systems achieve financial sustainability by solving complex rate and financial management challenges. An excellent client service manager, the breadth of his experience means he can provide a wide viewpoint to offer a broad set of high-quality solutions to his clients. When he isn’t helping clients with financial stability, Jeff likes spending time with his wife and two daughters, riding bikes and swimming, and playing as much golf as possible.
