Theo is a chartered engineer with extensive experience in the delivery of transportation projects across highways, public transportation, and active travel schemes. His experience is primarily in the delivery of Green Book business cases, multidisciplinary project management, stakeholder engagement, traffic modeling, scheme feasibility, and scheme appraisal projects.
A natural communicator, Theo enjoys the challenge of conveying complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. He’s been involved in a wide range of projects across England, Scotland, and South Africa, with clients and stakeholders from every background. Theo is most proud of the projects where he combined input from multiple teams and organisations to build a coherent story and secure funding.
Outside of work Theo and his partner raise their two lovely children whilst balancing work, life, and family. Having lived in South Africa, Berkshire, Scotland, and now south Oxfordshire, he’s looking forward to staying in one place and getting involved with his local village cricket club.
